Dell G3 3500 charger goes off whenever I play a video game.

The charger light (as in the adapter light that shows that current flows through, the blue one) goes off whenever the video card stresses e.g. playing a game. Even when I run the dell support test for visdeo card. It does that regardless the battery status, 100%, 50% etc. The battery icon shows the battery only, not charging.
