So, from NVIDIA, their official PSU recommendation for a 3090 is a 750w power supply. That applies to the FE card and running at stock. When overclocking that obviously goes out the window and some cards from Asus or EVGA etc, will have varying recommendations for a PSU. Honestly a 850w PSU thats Gold rating will treat you fine.
