Review of the Renogy DC50s Combi Battery Charger

Anyone with a basic DC electrical background can wire this unit up with no problem. As called for in the instructions, in-line fuses on the positive wiring is required. I used a 50 amp fuse on the starting battery side and a 50 amp fuse between the charger and my camper batteries. The solar power system is protected with a 30 amp fuse as well.

The battery monitor shows how many amps are being generated by solar (100 w) as well as how many are being used when there is a demand.
